Asha Minnesota particularly is partially funding teacher salary for teachers working in Tiyas school and the construction of a new computer room.
Kankura Masat Social Welfare Society (KMSWS) is a small non-governmental, not-for-profit registered voluntary organization established in the year 1999. The aim of the society is for the development and uplift of the poor of the poorest community members living in rural areas of Kankura Masat through a variety of development programs with the help and support of our amiable contributors and associate members. Our dedicated members who are working hard to achieve the aims and objectives of the organization.
KMSWS runs a school and a coaching center. The school is for kids from Kidergarten to fourth grade and he coaching center is from 4th to 12th grade to help children in other day schools (or who don’t attend school) pass exams. KMSWS is also engaged in organizing annual health care/medical camps for the senior citizens of the locality, awareness programs for agricultural activities etc. KMSWS has been working relentlessly since 1999 to improve the living conditions of the socially and economically disadvantaged people in and around the Masat region. They actively promote Indian cultural activities through the organization of annual cultural events like Melas and festivals.
