The proposed initiative involves the establishment of a computer lab in the Zilla Parishat High School (ZPHS) for Girls in Ada village in Adilabad district, equipped with 5 computers and the necessary software including tables and chairs. The primary focus is to impart fundamental computer literacy to students ranging from Class 8 to Class 10, utilizing an innovative approach that incorporates learning through gaming. The school caters to the economically disadvantaged sections of Adilabad city. It has a total of 197 students as below and 90% of the students fall below the poverty line.
1. Enhancing production through Natural Resource Management without disturbing ecological balance.
2. Empowerment of farmers through collectives.
3. Supplementing existing curriculum with value-based inputs.
4. Participating in activities to improve the existing health conditions with special focus on rural and urban slum women and girl children.
5. Supporting generation of sustainable livelihood activities to increase family income.
6. Transfer of technology – Lab to Land and imparting training for taking up profitable non-chemical agriculture.
7. Creation of basic awareness on laws of the land to empower the citizens on legal issues.

This organization began in 2006, working in 4 tribal villages and impacting 250 families. By 2007, it secured 6 watershed development projects sanctioned by NABARD. In 2017, it was recognized as a regional council by the National Centre of Organic Farming (NCOF). Two years later, in 2019, it formed 15 Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), reaching 350 villages and 8,000 families. In 2021, it was awarded the Best NGO by the District Collector. The following year (2023), watershed projects were expanded to cover 13,000 hectares. In 2024, it became the second NGO in India to be listed on the Social Stock Exchange. Most recently, in 2025, it impacted 243 Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) families, marking a steady journey of growth, recognition, and impact.
