Srujanavani is founded in 1996 with the core Principles of Truth seeking, Love, Faith, Drive to excel, Righteousness. Through the nurturing of people towards greater intellect, uniform conduct, values and Social Developmental Activities.

Srujanavani’s commitment to empowering rural communities through education is grounded in the belief that education is a transformative force capable of breaking the cycle of poverty, fostering sustainable development, and unlocking the full potential of individuals and communities.

Our vision is to establish a State-of-the-Art Learning Center in rural areas that serves as a beacon of opportunity, fostering holistic development, and catalyzing positive transformation within our communities. We envision a future where every individual, regardless of their geographical location, has access to world-class education and skills training.
Srujanavani is committed to fostering a progressive, responsive, and inclusive society by empowering individuals with intellectual growth, ethical conduct, and strong values. Through education, mentorship, and community engagement, we strive to nurture socially responsible individuals who contribute meaningfully to societal transformation and collective well-being.

Project Goals
1. Empowering Students Through Education and Skill Development: Provide quality education and skill training to at least 500 students annually, equipping them with the knowledge, confidence, and competencies needed to overcome socio-economic challenges and build a brighter future.
2. Fostering Holistic Growth and Value-Based Education: Establish Unnati Bhavan as a Centre of Excellence for Value Education, emphasizing intellectual development, moral values, and disciplined conduct to cultivate a progressive, egalitarian, and socially responsible society.
3. Preserving Cultural Heritage: Develop the Unnati Bhavan resource center into a hub for safeguarding and promoting disappearing art forms and folklore traditions, ensuring that the rich cultural heritage of rural communities is preserved and celebrated for future generations.
Established in 1996, Srujanavani Voluntary Association began as a student organization and has since evolved into a collective of socially sensitive individuals driven by a shared vision of progress and equity.
Education has always been the cornerstone of our efforts, as we firmly believe that focusing on a child’s education and fostering the "man-making" process are critical to driving sustainable, long-term change. With over two decades of experience, we have learned that transformation begins within—change within an individual triggers meaningful change in the external world. This philosophy guides our proactive approach to re-designing activities to address sudden and unforeseen societal challenges.
Beyond education, Srujanavani actively works on empowerment and relief efforts, forging connections with diverse community stakeholders. Over the last two decades of work, we have built strong networks across five mandals surrounding our Skill Development Centre, allowing us to effectively serve and uplift these communities.
Srujanavani is a registered society under the Society Registration Act, 2001 (Regd. No: 1980 of 2005) and holds 12A and 80G certifications for tax exemptions, along with FCRA certification for receiving foreign contributions. These credentials reflect our commitment to transparency, accountability, and impact-driven initiatives as we continue our nearly three-decade journey of empowering communities and creating a brighter future for all.
