The usual methods of teaching and overseeing class work might not necessarily apply for children with mental disabilities, leading to a situation and a feeling of "getting nowhere". It's important to know and understand a child's disability and learn to work within its confines, rather than expecting the disability to go away. Learning a child's strengths and helping him/her compensate for weaknesses will play an important role in fostering success. The institute identifies and categorizes mentally challenged children based on their IQ level and design programs for them accordingly. It provides students with hands-on materials and allows them to explore and experiment things out.
Bring awareness in the society regarding the difficulties faced by children with special needs due to various socio economic reasons.
