Goals for Asha's involvement mirror Bhumi's goals:
- Fostering an environment that benefits Bhumi's young adult volunteers, as well as the children who need help. Our volunteers educate and mentor children from orphanages, slum and village community centres across the country to give them a better future, which will benefit them as well as our country. The learning experience is mutual – our volunteers gain perspective and the experience to mould themselves into tomorrow’s leaders
- To provide a platform for the children to ‘Dream’, exhibit their talents, get competitive exposure, ‘Discover’ their potential, ‘Dazzle’ in an atmosphere of healthy competition and enrich themselves with much needed perspective about their inherent potentials.
- To improve the self confidence of children, contribute to their holistic development through promotion of extra-curricular activities.
Vision:
To help build a more influential, equal and socially conscious society.

Mission:
Bhumi drives social change by fostering an environment where young adults & children learn, lead and thrive
Bhumi drives social change by fostering an environment where young adults & children learn, lead and thrive.

Bhumi aims at bridging the societal gap through quality education. Our projects Kanini (Computer Literacy Programme), Make a Difference (Interactive English learning programme) and Little Einsteins (Activity based Mathematics) are dedicated towards providing supplementary education to underprivileged children. Bhumi provides a platform for socially conscious youth who want to contribute towards the nation's progress and moulds them into tomorrow's leaders. Our project Dronacharya and Ekalavya helps us achieve this mission. Bhumi also understand our responsibility towards conserving nature, and through our environmental initiative Think Green, we motivate youth to become 'Climate messengers' to create environmental awareness amidst their circle of friends and relatives.
