Asha for Education receives $10,000 Grant from Coach.

The Coach grant enables Asha for Education to fund a segment of the project Shikshamitra, whose focus is to serve the need of the middle school within the underprivileged children in India. Shikshamitra, bridges the gap between primary education, vocational and high school training. It’s scientific and experimental curriculum, serves children with different curriculum, according to their interest, intellect and requirement. The aforementioned method has decreased the drop-out rates and increased enrollment to a considerable extent. The grant money will help the project to hire quality teachers who could appropriately address the demand, need and requirement of the society. Volunteers of Asha for Education, would like to take this opportunity to thank “Coach” for their contribution towards the novel cause.
