Dear Shouri,

Hope you have received yesterday's e-mail. I am eagerly waiting for your mail which will release me from my tension.

Now I am giving you in details the item wise amount needed to complete the portion constructed serviceable and the time limit so that you can raise funds and give us financial support to complete the portion of the building constructed.

Presently we have 2 small rooms for teachers and office, 3 classrooms, one very small store and spacious open-air place between the corridor and the rooms so that maximum number of children can be accommodated with the partial construction. We are planning to construct the toilet immediately.

Now the details:

I think minimum Rs.30,000/- ($625.00) will be needed for contingent expenses for completing the work mentioned above.

I hope I have given the requirements after consulting with proper mason, electrician, plumber and carpenter. I have not included the fund which I will have to spent for installation charge which will be required to be paid to the state electricity board for electricity connection.
