Be a part of Harbingers of Hope, Asha for Education’s marathon training program, and raise money to help educate underprivileged children in India. Run for a good cause, get fit, get a chance to travel, and make friends even if you’ve never run a marathon before.

Asha Colorado organized a successful marathon training program in Fall 2003 raising more than $3500 from the event.

Asha Colorado's first holiday party was held on Saturday, Feb 15th. 2003.

Asha Colorado's first Carrom Tournament was held on Saturday, Dec 14th. 2002.

ISA, IANC and Asha CO present Geetanjali 2002 - Saturday, Sept 28th(4:00 - 6:00 pm) at Lory Student Center Theatre, Colorado State University, Fort Collins. An evening full of Indian Film Music and Dance.

Bolder Boulder
On May 27th 2002, 16 member Asha-Colorado team volunteered at Bolder-Boulder, a 10K race, organized at Bolder, CO. Bolder-Boulder (http://www.bolderboulder.com) will donate $20 per person to Asha for our help in organizing the event. The volunteering work involved checking the identification of the runners and proving Beer IDs.Volunteers worked form 6 to 9 AM on the day of the race. Holi Mela 2002

A fun filled day to celebrate Holi, the Indian festival of of colors. Holi or Holika, also called holikotsava, is an extremely popular festival observed throughout the country (India). It is especially marked by unmixed gaiety and frolics and is common to all sections of the people. This event organized by the Asha Colorado was packed with games, good food and the "Holi tilak".

Carnatic Music Concert 2002 Presenting Asha Colorado and the CSU Indian Students Association in concert with Neyveli Sri R.Santhanagopalan on the 24th of March at Colorado State University (CSU), Fort Collins.
