Adminstrative Responsibilities
Chapter
Coordinator
- Overall coordinate all the chapter activities.
- Facilitate development of chapter's long term and short term goals
- Moderate chapter meetings, prepare and distribute meeting minutes
- Develop task list and follow-up with the volunteers
- Be the primary contact with Asha-Wide
Treasurer
- Money collection/records
- Send thank you letter/receipt (easier if combined)
- Maintain data base of donors (character delimited file is easiest
for portability)
- Be part of the Asha treasurer's egroup
